Kitron Gewurztraminer
This wine is made solely from Gewurztraminer grapes, grown in our vineyard at the upper Galilee wine regional , that is situated over 800m above sea level. The wine is semi dry, showing a restrained style to this plentiful variety. The wine shows subtle tropical flavors with hints of spice, medium body and a refreshing finish
Chardonnay Kitron
A white dry wine,produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes which grow in a small high altitude vineyard in the Galilee.
The wine ferments for two months in a stainless steel container and then completes the fermentation in delicate french oak containers.
the wine and the precipitation then age for another 14 months in new french oak barrels .
The result is a well balanced wine ,with a deep body and a round finish.

Kitron Merlot
Our Merlot is produced from grapes grown in our “Manara” vineyard at the Upper Galilee wine region, situated over 800m above sea level. Kitron Merlot is a delicate and subtle wine, with high acidity and a long finish. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Kitron Shiraz
Kitron Shiraz produced from grapes grown in our “Manara” vineyard at the Upper Galilee wine region situated over 800m above sea level. This Shiraz expresses one of the unique characters to this grape variety: Smoky and meaty, combining power and softness at the same time. The wine is full bodied, aged in French oak barrels for 30 months.
Kitron Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon is round and full bodied, expressing a softer and restrained side to the iconic grape variety. Our Cabernet grapes are grown at our vineyard in the Golan Heights, and area proved to be suited for the production of high quality Cabernet Sauvignon wines. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 32 months.
Kitron "Tigra"
The meaning of the word “Tigra” in Aramaic is barrel. The wine is a classic combination of 35% Merlot and 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, offering a subtle drinking experience- the strength and power of the Cab together with the delicate and wide character of the Merlot. This wine is medium bodied, aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Kitron "Lika"
“Lika” means blend in Aramic- a name given to our free style blend that changes each vintage according to the vintage. Lika 2009 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes. The wine offers a round drinking experience, medium body and is highly drinkable. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Kitron Sumka 2009
“Sumaka” is the Armaic word for bold red- a name given to our top wine produced only in outstanding vintage years. The wine is produced almost entirely of Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Syrah. This is a complex and layered wine, also suitable for longer aging.
The wine aged in French oak barrels for 36 months.
